SCHOOLS - Discipleship Training

The first DTS was started in September of 1991 with 8 students.  Since then there have been 343 students that have done their DTS here from many different countries. Over the years we have ministered in 5 continents and 26 nations.  The last DTS did their outreach in the Panama, Nicaragua and Israel, and the current school has not been determined yet.

We run two DTS's a year - January and July. The lecture phase is for a period of (3) three months followed by a two to three month outreach.  This is the required time for all DTS's.  All of our schools are bilingual - English and Spanish.  Because our vision statement is  "Knowing God and Caring for His Creation" our schools are unique in that they include environmental education and hands on training.   Please contact us to find out the costs of the school.

We are accepting applications for the next school -which is scheduled to begin January 2011.  Please contact us for costs or other information. If you would like to download an application please click on the School Downloads page.  Don't miss this exciting opportunity!

EARS

EARSJanuary 2011

We will soon begin our 4th EARS school this coming January and already we are receiving applications for our next excited students who want to learn about God's creation.  The outreach for this coming school is considering the possibility of serving some refugees in Taiwan, pictured above .

We successfully ran the 1st EARS school, graduating our first six students, who presently are serving as staff in other locations. The Jan. 2008 school did their outreach with the Maasai in Loita Hills, Kenya.  The techniques learned in the EARS have been used and demonstrated where ever the teams have gone, and have proved to be valuable ways to show God's love to needy people.

Our base has a creation care focus and our base theme is "Knowing God and Caring For His Creation."  We try to practice what we teach, so we recycle, and we use our food scraps to create compost to fertilize flower and garden areas.  We raise chickens and goats, which produce eggs and milk for our use, and have one horse on base.  Our goal is to train missionaries in sustainable agriculture and appropriate technology which will help them meet the needs of the poor and hungry all over the world.

We are accepting applications for the next school -which is scheduled to begin January 2011.  Please contact us for costs or other information. If you would like to download an application please click on the School Downloads page.  Don't miss this exciting opportunity!

SOI

Intercession, Worship & Spiritual Warfare

This school has been postponed until further notice, as we do not have the leaders and staff needed to run it.

We feel God has called us to have this school here in Costa Rica.  It is not offered  in Central America yet, (as far as we know), and we feel it is vital for transformation of the nations.  When this school is up and running, it will be offered bilingual, English and Spanish.  Please contact us if you are interested in helping us lead this school or need further information.

The purpose of the SOIWSW is to train potential leaders, teachers of intercessory prayer, worship and spiritual warfare. We believe that praise, worship and prayer are vital and insdispensable elements in accomplishing the great commission. Lectures, discrussions, research projects, and application exercises are all designed to train the student in teaching and leading various prayer/worship activities aimed always toward the goal of world evangelization. We are accepting applications for the next school -which is scheduled to begin September 2011.  Please contact us for costs or other information. If you would like to download an application please click on the School Downloads page.  Don't miss this exciting opportunity!
